Whatever reason you have for returning your cartridge/s, Toner Inc ReBox will endeavour to make the process as efficient as possible, which includes making payments to you for any refund.

Step 1 – Reason for Return
You ordered the wrong cartridge, or have changed your mind
We supplied the wrong cartridge
Complete the Returns Request Form (right) and we will get back to you within one Business Day from receiving your Request and provide you with an RMA Number – you must remember to quote this RMA Number on/in all communications to us concerning Returns.
Step 3 – (depending on the Reason for Return), here are the options:
Faulty Cartridge – we will collect the cartridge, free of charge and once received and inspected, we will either replace the cartridge free of charge (including delivery), or refund 100% of the price you paid, including the delivery charge.
You ordered the wrong cartridge, or have changed your mind – we can arrange to collect from you (UK Mainland only), at a cost to you of £6.50+ VAT, or indeed you can arrange for delivery back to us, at your cost. Once received by us and subject your compliance with Clause 12.4 of our Terms & Conditions we will arrange for a full refund of the price you paid, including the delivery charge.
We supplied the wrong cartridge – we will collect the cartridge, free of charge and once received will either replace the cartridge free of charge,(including delivery) or refund 100% of the price you paid, including the delivery charge.
