Q. Are your cartridges genuine?
A. The cartridges supplied by us are genuine and original manufacturer’s products (for example HP, Samsung, Brother, Canon etc). Only the retail packaging has been replaced due to marks, scuffs or opened in error.
Q. What is ReBox?
A. ReBox is the process whereby original manufacturer’s cartridges are re-boxed into a plain, white box due to the original retail packaging being scuffed, marked or opened in error. As part of this process and under our quality control accreditations – ISO9001 and ISO14001, we take the cartridge out of its original damaged retail packaging and thoroughly inspect it for any form of damage. Cartridges that pass our quality control procedure are then re-packaged into plain white boxes – ReBox! The old retail packaging is then correctly recycled.
Q. What does OEM stand for?
A. Original Equipment Manufacturer. All of our products are OEMs.
Q. Is ReBox good value for money?
A. Our OEM ReBox cartridges give you outstanding financial value when compared to OEM cartridges in their original manufacturer’s packaging. You get a genuine, original, OEM cartridge – guaranteed 100% by us – and you make a huge financial saving. The only thing you don’t get is the damaged, original retail box!
Q. Does toner have an expiry date?
A. No. Toner is a powder and does not have an expiry date
Q. Can I use a colour cartridge in a black and white printer?
A. No. Monochrome printers are designed to use black ink only. If you want to print in colour, you will need to use a colour printer.

A. Some cartridges fit several models of printer and can have various different names. If you are unsure, please contact us to check before attempting to use the product, as we cannot exchange if the product has been tampered with.
